Palm Bliss Hotel is a great place to stay it's atmosphere is friendly ,comfortable the breakfast was great and the pool is nice everything was clean and staff was helpful and prompt when contacted for anything I will definitely stay here again
The property advertises (and pictures show) it to be clean and modern and very nice.
Truth, the pictures have to be 10 years old, the rooms are run down and OLD and dirty.
DID NOT FEEL SAFE here.
I had quick weekend visit with my family. The room was nice I liked it . It was clean I had clean bed and towels .

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Room were very clean. Probably because of the sign in lobby that said no sand in room or will be charged 200 for damages. Staff in the lobby was nice. There was a little scuffle in the parking lot but cops responded very quickly. Which is great. Other than that everything was well.
The room was very filty look like black mold on trim off closet and switches were dirty and a/c hanging of the wall and fridge didnt close and coffee pot was broke ,pool was dirty with light slim and all outdoor furniture was broken but it Was peaceful .
I was surprised how nice the rooms were. Nice big tv pull out bed and sofa bed and nice dining table. Room was very spacious. I Will definitely stay here again.
I love staying here, the staff is very helpful and friendly. The room was like my very own place. It felt cozy and was amazing. Plenty of room.

"Breakfast consist of bagel no cream cheese for bagels only jelly and butter thats it people & toast, ONLY Apple juice, coffee, no milk no orange juice ,apples, grape tomatos for breakfast 🤔🤔🤔. Asked front receptionist what fun stuff can be done around the area said he didnt know🤔🤔 . Key wouldnt open our room had continuous issues with that. Took like 10 min to open. Location wise excelent quiet no one came to bother us. but overall dont think ill return. Was clean but service dont think it was the best.
The staff is nice; however, the hotel is NOT. Very dirty, cigarette burns on the sheets, undergarments in the bathroom, stains and marks on the walls, breakfast area was dirty, every door handle was dirty. Also, go in pairs to the parking lot, I went to my car and got bombarded by a druggie for a cigarette. They are all over this property, so beware. We will never visit this property again and I would highly advise anyone looking to book here to reconsider. Motel 6 is also cheap and a lot cleaner.
Came to room to find out theres no microwave or mini fridge . You have to buy the "superior" room in order to have those ?
Table in room had a broken leg, bath tub was dirty and had a bunch of stains, mirror was not cleaned it was just sprayed and allowed for blochy stains, one closet door handle is missing, bed sheets had what looked like dried blood on them - staff didnt look concerned when told ; they just replaced them for me and thats it...
Plumbing under sink is not properly installed, worried it will leak and will be blamed for this
Only bright side to this room was the beds are comfortable...
Dont recommend this hotel
ITS NOT YOUR 4STAR HOTELS BUT STAFF WHERE VERY NICE & HELPFUL..
THE BEDS ARE SUPER COMFORTABLE..
ROOMS WHERE REALLY CLEAN & DIDNT HAVE THAT MUSKY SMELL AS SOON AS YOU WALK IN..FOOD SPOTS ARE HOPE SKIP N JUMP AWAY..SPECIALLY RUDY'S BBQ WHICH RIGHT NEXT DOOR..
IF YOUR HEADED TO THE BEACH ITS 18-20 minutes to get there...
ALL IN ALL I DO RECOMEND THIS HOTEL....
Price was fair for a last minute reservation on Labor Day weekend. Staff was friendly.Bed was comfortable. Tub was not cleaned well, old hair was in drain so water didn't drain quick. Towels were small and scratchy. For some reason, flat sheet was over the comforter so your body touched the blanket, not the sheet. I'm sure the comforters don't get washed after every stay. Parking lot wreaked of cigarettes.
You know it's a bad place to stay if: You pull into the parking lot and your car is the only one there. Dirty bathroom, plus if you track sand into the room they charge an extra $250.00 to clean it. Didn't feel safe. If I stayed there, I would've been up all night staring at my truck to make sure it wasn't being vandalized. Steer clear of this place; you can do better. Checked in, checked out 15 minutes later.
The guy who checked me in was very helpful in getting my reservation changed through hotels.com as I made a mistake when reserving online.
However I had reservations about staying at this hotel when I pulled into the parking lot. It didn’t feel safe. But I had not gotten the cancellation protection so didn’t want to loose my money. The first room was on the back side. It was a King bed and I reserved 2 queen. So go back and ask for a different room on the front side. No problems there. We choose a hotel specifically for a pool and breakfast. The pool was green and not swimmable. We couldn’t park directly in front of our room because there was a car sitting up on boards with a tire off. The room itself looked ok but we didn’t look that close.
Being a female traveler with my daughter and granddaughters I am cautious about my surroundings. I decided that I didn’t care about loosing my money and we didn’t stay here.
I would not recommend staying at this hotel.
Never again. Standard rooms are pictured with a fridge/microwave and they made us pay to upgrade. The $50 deposit was expected but then they wanted another $25 to check in early and they have a late check in time in the first place. The pool was green. There were dead roaches in the room and the tub drain was so slow that we had to stand in our own shower water with a shower wand held together with tape. The overall housekeeping is obviously lacking. They offer “breakfast” but then don’t put anything out. They require customers to come to the front desk and ask for food from the back. We were told it was due to flies but if the place were cleaner and better kept I don’t think it would have been an issue. It seems more lazy than anything else. I’d rather pay another $20-$30 to head down the road to Super 8/Baymont where they include everything, it’s much cleaner, and they include a real breakfast. Don’t waste your money here.
So the pictures are very deceiving the room on hotel.com. Room wreaked awful smelled really bad was dirty from the entrance in, had plumbing issues. Water would not go down the drain in the tub. There was no remote for TV and the TV was cracked in the middle. To top it off, I got charged an additional $10 to get a refrigerator and a microwave in the room which I thought I was already getting. Scary part of it all was the people walking around that were not hotel guest. Didn’t feel safe at all.

A place to crash. Neat-freaks beware!
This motel was fine. I'm a pretty resilient guy that would sleep on the streets with little complaint, but this was definitely one of the worst places I've paid to stay in. If you're a neat freak, this is not for you.
The rooms were nice enough and the bed was comfortable, but it looked like nothing had been cleaned. I found 7 large dead bugs in my room, there were red marks in the sink, and none of the surfaces looked like they had been wiped down. Alot of homeless people in the area use this as a landing pad. The outside of the building had lots of noticeable leaks and wood rot. When I went to go eat 'breakfast' at 7am, there was no food left, and no staff around (it opens at 6am). Ice machine broke, too.
If you're cheap and just need a place to crash, It'll serve you well. But neat-freaks beware.
From the moment I walked in, the hotel felt like a bad decision. The air was thick with humidity, like stepping into a damp basement. The floors were wet, not just a little slick, but genuinely wet throughout my entire stay. The toilet wobbled like it was trying to escape the bathroom. Nothing felt clean, stable, or remotely comfortable.
Then came the real highlight. A little after 10 pm, I watched a woman get thrown from a moving car right in the parking lot. She hit the ground and started screaming loudly. No staff came out. No one seemed to care. It was like this sort of thing was just business as usual.
There were only three towels in the room, which at any other hotel might be a small annoyance. But here, it felt like one more reminder that nothing was being taken care of. The walls looked like they were growing something, and I am pretty sure it was black mold. With the amount of moisture in the air, I would honestly be more shocked if it wasn't mold.
I thought about asking for a refund, but I was only staying for the night. And honestly, I figured they probably needed the money more than I did, hopefully to fix at least one of the dozens of problems this place clearly has.
This wasn’t just a bad stay. It was stressful, unsafe, and deeply unsettling. I would not recommend this hotel from hell to anyone. Ever.
The room was dirty like it hadn't been swept in several stays.
Room had a terrible smell.
Breakfast consists of Toast or Bagel, Apple juice and/or Old / Cold coffee. Not a breakfast at all in my opinion.
