You’ll also enjoy a private backyard and patio with a charcoal grill. Downtown Rockport and the beach are just minutes away! LIVING AREA Spend time together in the cozy living area, furnished with a couch and an armchair. Play a game of cards at the table for two, or watch favorite shows on the 32” flat-screen TV. KITCHEN & DINING The well-equipped kitchen offers everything you need to whip up tasty meals. Helpful gadgets include a coffee maker, blender, and toaster When your meals are ready, dine at the table for four. BEDROOMS & BATHS This single-story home sleeps up to four guests between one bedroom and a bonus sleeping space. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and 32” flat-screen TV. A bonus sleeping space offers two twin-size beds with a convenient privacy curtain to separate the area from the living room. Very quiet on a one-way street, located in a friendly neighborhood where people walk their dogs and ride their bikes and say hello when they pass you. Less than 10 minutes to an area of Rockport that has several places to eat, both local establishments and chain restaurants as well. The house has window, air conditioners, but we enjoy the background noise because we were both raised at a time when we used box fans in the summer to keep cooler rather than air conditioning. The dock is perfect, the water super clear, it's close to everything. The house is a historic gem: it has withstood so many hurricanes. It's really sad to see it in such a state of disrepair. For example, there is an obious leak under the shower that is bowing the wood (original wood floor). A lot of things are old and about to break. But overall, we had a really good stay.
