This correspondence will occur through our Channel Manager Guesty. • A Security Deposit, of $300, must be paid prior to check-in and are refunded within 7 days of check-out, provided there are no damages to the property. Security deposit & rental agreement will be sent after the booking is confirmed. • We can host a maximum of 9 guests (including all adults, children & infants)- for safety (fire & insurance) reasons, we cannot hold any additional guests. • All amenities including outdoor furniture, wifi, etc are fully inspected prior to every check-in, however, we cannot guarantee their working condition during stays. • We look forward to hosting all our upcoming guests. Our cleaning team is going above and beyond to provide top-notch services, giving special attention to high-touch areas, using commercial grade anti-microbial agents, and having bed sheets and bath towels professionally laundered between each guest stay. However, no guarantee will be made that our properties are "completely sterile" or "COVID-free", just as no other business can reasonably make that claim. Guests are advised to travel and stay with us at their own discretion. • We do not offer rescheduled stays or refunds on cancellations outside of Airbnb's extenuating circumstances policy. House towels are NOT to be used for pets. • Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds. • Do NOT leave your dog at the house unattended. • As a courtesy to others, guests will walk their dogs outside of the shared courtyard. • Guests must pick up after their dogs and discard waste properly. • Dogs are NOT allowed to be washed in the bathtub or showers. Guests may use the garden hose and spigot in the garage for such purposes on the driveway only. • Guests are responsible for cleaning up any “accidents” their dog has caused inside. Please notify us of any accidents or damage. • Guests are required to pay for any damage their dog causes. • Please note that we allow a maximum of one pet per booking. Prior to making a reservation, guests are required to inform us of their pet's breed and size, and we reserve the right to verify this information. We also ask that guests take into consideration the shedding tendencies of their pets, and agree that they will be responsible for any additional cleaning required due to shedding or other pet-related messes during their stay. Communication was excellent, every question I had before and during our trip was answered promptly. We had a group of 10 and were very comfortable throughout our stay. The pool right outside the door was such a bonus, and the location was super convenient, with golf cart rentals nearby.The WiFi worked perfectly, the kitchen was fully stocked with all the cookware we needed, and the place was spotless with a fresh, clean smell as soon as we walked in. Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and I highly recommend it for groups of 10–12\. You’ll feel right at home and very comfortable here! ##### Rick D. My kids loved the pool and I am so glad we had the pool since the beach had a lot of tar this visit. This is pet friendly and was a great place for our lab. Plenty of places for us to walk to with the dog. We ate out for the most part so I can't say if the kitchen was fully stocked for cooking but who wants to cook on vacation anyway. Beds were comfy. The heat pool was wonderful. We use that a couple times a day in between meeting with Family and it was just a wonderful experience and I will go back when the house available and I strongly recommend This location to traveling families because there’s plenty of space upstairs and downstairs for families ##### Dr. Phillip C. Our group had a great stay and we’ll definitely be back. The only issues we had was with three TV’s not connecting to Wifi, and a light in the bunk bed bedroom not working. The condo offered plenty of room incuding two living spaces. While the parking was a bit tight, it was extremely convenient for unloading and loading our vehicle. The location of the property was also perfect - as it was just maybe a 3-minute golf cart ride and a 1-minute or so car ride away from the beach.Although we didn't get a chance to use the pool, it was great to have it right outside. Very clean. Quiet and comfortable. The kitchen was fully functional with all that you would need to cook a meal. The linens were plentiful. Enough towels for everyone. The pool was amazing. It was PERFECT for our family. The kids loved getting to all sleep together in the bunk room and the adults had their own private spaces. The location is fabulous.
