MAIN LIVING SPACE: On the first floor, the main living area features an open concept gathering space. A huge, sectional sofa in the living room seats a crowd amid relaxing décor. A shiplap-clad accent wall serves as a backdrop for flat-screen TV, perfect for movie night! The adjacent dining area features comfortable seating for eight around a large dining table, and the spacious kitchen counter offers additional seating for five. The kitchen features premium, stainless-steel appliances, perfect for the chef in the group. If you walk just a few steps through the mudroom area and out the back door, you’ll be on Lake Colby, the scenic community waters stocked with fish so you can cast a line from the charming fishing pier. SLEEPING QUARTERS: Whitewashed pine floors usher you up the stairs to a kid-friendly, open bunk area that accommodates four. You’ll find a flat-screen TV and full-size sleeper sofa in the adjacent sitting area, perfect for an extra gathering and sleeping space. There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed.
