This townhome is decorated with a coastal theme in vibrant colors throughout. The kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a drip coffee maker, dishes, basic cookware, pots, pans, and utensils for preparing meals. Dine at the large table with seating for six and additional seating for two at the breakfast bar. Gather in the downstairs living room on the sectional and matching armchair while watching a movie on the wall-mounted flat-screen TV with cable and WIFI. The bottom floor master bedroom (BR1) is furnished with a Queen bed, closet, nightstands, chest, and TV. The hall bath holds a vanity, tub/shower. Venture upstairs to the second living room/loft area. The large sleeper sofa couch and matching armchair are made for relaxing and reading a book or watching movies on the TV. The first guest bedroom (BR2) is made up of a Queen bed, nightstand, closet, and wall-mounted TV. This bedroom shares a passthrough bathroom with the living area consisting of a vanity and a large shower with a glass door. The laundry room is tucked in the hallway with a full-size washer and dryer for use during your stay. The third bedroom (BR3) is composed of a Queen bed, nightstands, a closet, and access to the back balcony overlooking a pond. The fourth bedroom (BR4) is complete with two Twin beds, a closet, a nightstand, wall-mounted TV, and access to the balcony. These two rooms share a hall bathroom with a vanity and tub/shower. This complex has a shared community pool, which is heated during the winter months and is located next to this townhome. It is also super close to the beach and corner stores as well as being convenient to everything. The manage was quick to respond to and address our needs. Issues without stay was that we ran out of propone on the 1st night while cooking so had to wait until the next day for propane. Also there was a huge sleeper sofa with mold inside the garage so not even a small vehicle could park in the garage and close the door. The front and back door were hard to keep closed as well. ##### Stefani C. The unit was adequate for our needs - 8 adults, 2 kids, and everyone had a bed to sleep in. The furniture downstairs is rather spartan and there is not enough casual seating, but the table is large and will seat 8, plus 2 more at the bar. Downstairs is a bit cramped, particularly the kitchen. The beds are satisfactory, but the pillows are very thin - bring your own. New bath mats are needed - our hope was that they were originally grey (since they are now), but we suspect they were white at one time. Upstairs was relatively comfortable with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, along with a loft area that has a bunkbed. We did have a problem with the garage not opening although several people tried, and after a lengthy text exchange with the management company nothing was resolved.
