Bay Tree C1 is a spacious studio condo with the best views in Old Town! Comfortably sleeps 4 with king size bed and queen size sofa sleeper. Enjoy unobstructed coastal sunsets, views of the city marina, and the intercoastal ship channel and the perfect place to watch the city's fireworks display on the 4th of July and New Years Eve. Bay Tree offers a community swimming pool, private lighted fishing pier, BBQ areas, tennis courts and pickleball, boat parking and boat slips for rent. This condo is located on the second floor with no elevator access. No smoking, no pets. Parking for 1 vehicle. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of $45.00 + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking. Bay Tree requires a parking pass for your vehicle and wrist bands worn at the community facilities. Wasn’t much I needed to buy/bring. Would recommend staying here again. Only downfall. Wish it had a washer and dryer in the unit or maybe one located on the premises. The condo was clean and comfortable. Owner was responsive when we had a question about wifi. We loved being able to fish directly off the pier located just a few steps outside the condo. We also got to see some dolphins playing at the mouth of the channel. Perfect! Two suggestions: include specific directions about being located down a private road that is off of Channel View Dr. We spent about 15 minutes driving around and around trying to find the condos directly on Station Street. Also, include wifi code on instructions emailed prior to check-in and possibly on the check out notification on the fridge. :) ##### LARI B.
