The 'Mar Azul' condo has recently been completely updated with all new paint, flooring and bedding. The owners took great care in updating the flooring throughout the entire condo. There is no carpet.



The 'Mar Azul (blue sea)' condo is in the charming, Island Retreat Condo Community which is in town and near great restaurants and activities. The exact location is: Island Retreat Road, Port Aransas, TX 78373. It is off of 11th Street in a great part of town.

The 'Mar Azul' condo has a beautifully updated interior and is in a great location. The owners have spent a great deal of effort making the 'Mar Azul' condo comfortable, warm, fun, and like new. The condo has nice kitchen appliances (with all the Pots, Pans, Dishes and Utensils you need to prepare great snacks and delicious meals). The BEDROOMS are very comfortable and cozy. Each BEDROOM has 1 Queen and 1 Twin Bed with new mattresses.

Please note the overhead picture with the condo outlined in red to see the exact location. It has a great view of the pool and the Gulf of Mexico. It is on the 2nd floor and there is no condo above, so it is quiet. The condo has some great amenities and accommodations such as: smoke-free, master bedroom with a QUEEN BED and a TWIN BED and a private bath, a second full bath, a second bedroom with a QUEEN BED and a TWIN BED, a private second story balcony with view of the Gulf of Mexico that provides great ocean breezes. You are within walking distance of all the great activities. The condo is right in Port Aransas and has its own private path to the beach.

The 'Mar Azul' condo is smoke-free and does not allow pets, so it is very clean. From the balcony, you can see the sand walkway to the beach ! The walkway is only 20 yards from the condo. You are on the beach ! The condo community, has coin operated laundry for your convenience. The condo community has been recently renovated and is a great place for families, couples or friends.

Booking Requires 50% of the total due with the remaining balance due 12-15 days prior to check in. Cancellations must be made 21 days prior to arrival for refund less a $100 fee. There are no refunds for early departures. Maid service can be provided for you during your stay for a fee. Additional fees will be charged for damaged items or excessive cleaning needs. Check in time is 4pm (it can be earlier sometimes, based on availability). Check out is 11:00 am. Limit of 6 individuals in the Condo. Call for reservations.
