Introducing The Anchor PP815. Fabulous 4 bedroom, 3 bath home with 2 balconies with Ocean Views. The fully renovated well equipped kitchen with sparkling quartz countertops and new stainless steel appliances along with the main living area, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are located on the 2nd floor. A wall of windows overlook the spacious covered deck which has plenty of relaxing seating. The 3rd floor bedroom has a private balcony to enjoy the great ocean views. The ground level has a large driveway with plenty of room for cars and your boat. There is a charcoal grill, chairs and a picnic table for your outdoor cooking enjoyment. Two outdoor showers are provided for your convenience. This house and neighborhood is very private but considered in town so golf carts are allowed and it is close to all the restaurants, shops and bars. The pedestrian boardwalk to the beach from the subdivision is only feet away and has a large sitting and viewing area at top of the dunes. Beautiful sunrise pictures await! The property management company called me and informed me of the issue. They immediately found me another house in the same neighborhood that they managed and were able to get me into it immediately. My family and I were very pleased with the house and with the property management company. I would recommend using them to anyone looking to stay in Port Aransas. Séjour de 4 nuits en mai 2024 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Diane R. 24 sept. 2023 #### Family beach weekend. Enjoyed the family time together! House size was adequate but, it could use a good cleaning and updating. The floors were pretty dirty and had an ant issue, as well as a couple of cockroach’s. Many window coverings were stained and the grass was very long. For the price, it should have at least had clean floors. ##### Diane R. The room was so hot. Every bed was hard as a rock. No one slept the first night. The floors were very dirty. My daughter walked bare foot and her feet were black (she never walked outside so I know it was the floors) we left before the second night. It was worth the drive home to be in a comfortable bed ##### Kristina D. Location is good, a bit further from town, but still close to the beach. Nicely equipped kitchen to prepare meals. Only issue was water pressure, two people showering at the same time is a no-go. The dryer didn’t work either. Both issues were forwarded to maintenance and will hopefully be resolved before the next renters. ##### Amy P.
