The 2nd floor open living room and kitchen area has amazing views of the water, and upgraded kitchen, relaxing furniture and a spacious deck. Upstairs you will find the 1st bedroom with a King size bed, flat screen TV, a full bath, spacious deck with a fabulous gulf view! The 2nd bedroom on this level has a Queen size bed, flat screen TV, and a full bath located just outside the door. Down to the 1st floor you will find a 2nd living area with comfy seating that includes a sofa sleeper, television, 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed, flat screen TV, and a full bath. Sorry, no golf carts. Parking-1 car in the front and 1 small car on the side parallel to the deck. Any other cars especially trucks need to be parked in the overflow parking lot. Parking Rules for Lost Colony 1\. There is no the street parking or blocking the common drive. \*Each unit has 2 spaces for parking. 2 vehicles maximum per unit including guest parking. 2\. The property was beautifully decorated, clean, and in the perfect location (easy 4-5min walk to the beach). We will definitely be back! One pointer- make sure to bring bug spray- mosquitos on the ground level outside are vicious. We had a small maintenance issue upon arrival but the rental company was extremely prompt and professional and arrived with a solution in \~15min. This rental was great. It fit both my parents, my sisters family, my niece and nephew, and my daughter and I comfortably. Great location, we were only 5 minute drive from convenience store and 15 minute drive to town. The view from the balcony was very pretty. Weather was perfect and beach access was easy. Only thing that went wrong was the lock on our door stopped working, but we called and in 20 minutes they had techs out to fix it for us. Other than that it was a perfect rental.
