The room was clean but outdated the bathroom was small.No toilet paper holders by the toilet was behind the toilet The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was okay for one night. But probably wouldn't stay again the beds were okay, but you could hear yourself turn over

I was skeptical when first coming(we had a bad stay about two years ago, but my husband booked it himself). The very nice lady at the front was very helpful and hardworking. She was very informative and will call you back if you the call isn't answered. There is a working ice machine, breakfast, washing machine, bbq pits that we used and a pool. Very affordable and we had absolutely no problems. Was a very short drive to heb, Rockport/fulton beach(in the minutes). We will definitely be back again.

I booked this hotel super last minute and they were kind enough to let me check in around 6am with no problem at all. The family who runs it is very polite and welcoming you can tell they really care about their guests. The outside area is beautiful, and the pool was surprisingly nice and well kept. For only about $63, it was an amazing value. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in the area!

Nice clean rooms. Not typical “luxury” but you can tell effort was taken to update rooms and keep them clean. Whenever we needed something staff was friendly and responsive. Overall very good rooms for price for an inexpensive weekend on the beach.

Black mold on the ceiling, bathroom door warped and falling apart at the bottom. The ceiling near the bathroom was peeling and cracking. The windows are disgusting and the pillows were falling apart. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and provided phenomenal customer service. If not for those few things I listed it would have been a higher rating.

Our stay was very pleasant!! Staff gery friends and helpful, even offered more room options. Our room was spacious and clean, ac worked great. Courtyard and the pool were an added plus!! We will definitely return there for future stays in Rockport

It was a great value staying here with a family of 5. The breakfast was free and it was pretty good. My only complaint was the bed and pillows; they weren't comfortable, the fold out sofa was better. I would come back and stay, I would just make sure to bring a matress topper and pillows.

Contrary to many other reviews, we found our room to be clean and easy to access. It looked as if it had been recently painted and had new flooring. The contental breakfast was straight forward contental- cereal, toast, and freshly (self-made) waffles. Coffee, water, and juices available. Ended up being a quick spot to stay at and was good for the price.
