You can walk around the corner and you are on the beach. Close to great restaurants, beach activities, golf cart rentals and a grocery store. Ride the golf cart around the island and enjoy the scenery. Condo has very comfortable new mattresses, Keurig coffee maker and kitchen pots/pans/dishes and etc. to cook your own meals. Great place to relax. It is not on the beach. When I booked this stay, I filtered for a 1 bedroom with a King bed. When we arrived we found it to be a studio with a King. The bed and living room are collocated in the same room no seperation. Maria did have another unit, a 1 bedroom with a Queen bed. We took that. This other unit was not quite ready for guests . She also let us use the gym of the studio, although they are a mile apart. While I appreciate Maria's effort to resolve this situation , honesty with regards to the original unit would have been better for all. Maria's response time was very quick and her support staff was very helpful. I can say that if you are looking for a studio, the original unit is attractive, clean and we enjoyed using the gym. ##### Jennifer B. It is located close to Whitecap Beach, home of the baby sea turtles, and several restaurants. The size of this condo was just perfect for my husband and I. The complex was very quiet and the reserved parking space was nice perk. Check in and check out were very easy and went smoothly. I will definitely save this for a future trip to Corpus Christi. ##### Emily B. Easy check in and easy access to the beach. The only complaint i had was that it was 82⁰ when we got inside and it took awhile to cool down after adjusting the thermostat. Orherwise it's a no frills space with everything needed to stay comfortably. ##### Amber H. Loved the location. walking distance of beach. The only issue was the Connectivity to internet & TV.
