My only issue was with the check-in process when we got there 20 min before check in and had to wait till the check-in time to get the process started. However we had some bad luck with this particular place. First off, it was literally freezing outside and the heat didn’t seem to reach the front bedroom where our 1.5 year old was sleeping. He woke up around midnight (due to a wedding in the town commons area right across the street). When I went in there, he was freezing in his crib. So we ended up having to move his crib to the bathroom where there was heat. So be prepared for the front bedroom to either be hot or cold depending on the season. The noises from the entertainment in the town square can definitely be heard in the front bedroom as well. The dishwasher in the unit also wasn’t working. A maintenance person came while we were out and wasn’t able to fix it and ended up leaving a mess of water all over the kitchen for us to clean up. Totally understand that maintenance issues happen. But what would have been nice was some k-cups to go with the keurig machine. After a sleepless first night, we were desperate for coffee and a bit shocked that there wasn’t any in the unit. ##### Cassie B.
