It had homey touches and all the basics (except washer/dryer; laundromat isn’t far). Doors and windows could use weather-proofing, it was drafty on cold days. There's no residential mail delivery but the post office is a block away, so we rented a box for forwarded mail. Waterfront with marina, pier, restaurants and bars is a block away. Bars can be noisy at night, bring your ear plugs! Big fenced yard, picnic table and grill. ##### Leigh A. This is our 3rd or 4th time to stay at this home. The location is great and the home has a great fenced yard for our dogs. It is always very clean.
