Introducing My Taigh RP15! A Charming & Cozy Port A Beach House. Get ready to be on island time. This cottage is ready for your family or small group! Perfect for 2 house comes with two primary king suites! One primary down, the other up! That's right, no one will have to flip for the primary. There is also a queen room, a bunk room with a twin over a full as well as a fold-out sofa. Fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer and outdoor grill. Pool on-site. Love the color and fun of island life, this house is for you! HOA allows parking for 3 maximum. Sorry, no pets allowed. BBQ pits have to be in the back. HOA PARKING RULES: Parking is limited to 3 vehicles in the designated parking areas beside each cottage. Each vehicle MUST display the parking permit. Golf carts do count as vehicles. Please plan accordingly. Absolutely NO campers or RV's are allowed to park anywhere within the subdivision. Any illegally parked or unauthorized vehicles may be subject to towing and any fines or fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. Do not park in street and do not park in front of another house. Ac worked great and the beds were comfy. Overall a great experience. However the patio was small and the furniture outside was not fit to use. Broken chairs and rusty charcoal grill. There is no TV in the upstairs master and we couldn’t find a remote to the living room TV. The shower in the upstairs had very low pressure. We had to share the hallway shower. Overall nice place. The kids loved the kids room and we had two masters which was great. The only thing that was a downer was the backyard. Parking was advertised for 3 vehicles, but the parking for 2 of the vehicles between units 15 and 16 was very tight. We could not exit our small car through both driver and passenger doors. Do not drive a large vehicle! In addition to the parking, the patio furniture was not usable, but we spent so much time on the beach, that was not an issue.
