The Deluxe 1 Bedroom is 1000 square feet and features a fully equipped kitchen and full bath. With a king size bed and a sofa sleeper this 1 bedroom will accommodate up to 4 people. With the beach just steps out the patio door and easy access to the pool and hot tub, you can enjoy the best of both worlds. This Condominium Property is located just a few minutes from downtown Port Aransas, shopping, beach access, and restaurants. No pets are allowed. Casa Condominiums Resort Amenities: Private boardwalk to the beach Heated Swimming & Large Hot Tub Poolside Courtyard with grills, tables and loungers along with chairs. The room needs a makeover by someone who knows how to provide both light and privacy. If you open the heavy drapes, you're exposed to the comings and goings of everyone, plus the gardner. If you close them, you're in a cave. While the "walk out to the beach" feature seems like a plus, if you do that you're leaving the place unlocked.
