Couples or small families will love this beautiful one bedroom, one bathroom condo with a large couch in the living room. This is not a condo with everything in one room (bedroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, etc.) like the mega-complex down the road! This is a 2nd floor condo with stairs on the backside of the property. And this condo is literally steps to the Port Aransas beach via your own private boardwalk. Grab your stuff and head out to the beach or enjoy a little quiet time on your own 2nd floor balcony sipping the beverage of your choice in your colorful Adirondack chairs. Enjoy the multiple ocean peek-a-boo views you get from this condo or take a refreshing dip in the community swimming pool. It is a small complex, so no fighting the crowds for parking, pool space, or the trails to get to the beach here! When you want to explore, this location is so close to almost everything you will want to do in Port Aransas, including fishing, golfing, dining, shopping or viewing nature preserves. There are pamphlets and brochures in the condo showing what restaurants are here and what is happening in Port A to help get you started on your Port A adventure. Time to start enjoying the good life! INSIDE THE CONDO With the 2 queen size beds in the one bedroom plus a large couch in the living area, this condo is the perfect setting for a romantic getaway or a fun family trip. A beautifully decorated and clean condo with festive beach colors and tasteful art. I hope you enjoy this place as much as I do. In the living room is a large very comfortable couch, coffee table and a huge new 48” TV for catching up on the news or one of your favorite programs. Enjoy your very own private cinema! Don't forget the popcorn! If you need to wash your clothes, a new front load stacked washer/dryer is in the unit for all your washing needs. It is conveniently located in the back of your bathroom. Laundry detergent and cling free dryer sheets are on the shelf next to it. No need to go searching for the community laundromat and fight the crowds. The kitchen includes a gas range with 4 burners, microwave, blender, and a standard coffee maker (not Keurig). It also includes brand new kitchen supplies including frying pans, baking sheets, mixing bowls, measuring cups, silverware, wine glasses-both red and white, drinking glasses, and a beautiful set of tumblers perfect for enjoying a nice drink by the pool. In the living area, there is plenty of counter space at the breakfast bar that easily seats 2 to 3 people. The dining table seats 2 or you can head down to your private picnic area and enjoy your food cooked on one of the several brand new charcoal BBQ grills. THE LOCATION Just a quick walk to the Gulf Coast, this condo is made for beach enthusiasts. If you need to drop off large umbrellas, coolers, beach chairs, etc. to the beach, there is a beach access road just two blocks west of the condo. If it is restaurants that you are looking for, there are many excellent seafood, pasta, pizza and other style restaurants within a few minute drive. There are fishing charters, water parks, nature reserves, a golf course, and many other adventures to be had. It’s time to start yours! MISCELLANEOUS Some photos included on this site were personally taken by me or by the previous owner so they represent what you will see when you get there. All beach towels, kitchen towels, bathroom towels, hand towels, wash clothes, bed linens have been cleaned prior to your arrival and are ready for your use. Before arrival, you will be provided with your personal keyless entry code to easily access the condo. No keys to worry about and we change the lock code after every visit. If you are interested in checking in early or checking out late, please contact me and I’ll let you know if it’s available. All rentals include city/state taxes of 13%. A charge of $200 will be made on your credit card and released once the condo unit has been inspected for damage or lost items. We were able to load up a wagon and walk there down the path. The condo was clean, though it did have a strong odor. I'm guessing that was due to the cleaning materials. William said he would look into it. He's very responsive. The beds are squeaky but didn't make sleeping uncomfortable. The kitchen is well stocked if you need to use it to prepare food. Condo had everything anyone could want already there. Kitchen was very well stocked with pots and pans and lots of extras. Bath and beach towels ready for fun in the sun lol and washer and dryer in condo was so convenient helping with the clean up. Beds were comfortable. Everything you could need was already there - dish and dishwasher soap, aluminum foil and plastic wrap, as well as laundry detergent and dryer sheets. Communication with management was wonderful. It is a 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach and a 25 minute walk to the main restaurant area/shopping area. Parking was easy. There was one designated parking spot with other spots available if needed. Overall it was a lovely stay. There were some aspects that weren't ideal.The condo wasn't cleaned to hotel/vacation stay expectations. There was a used soap and razor in the bathroom, crumbs in the microwave and on the counter, and linens seemed clean but were old/stained/had burns. The property manager (not owner) and two other people came into the apartment unannounced and with no notice. They were placing quiet hour papers in condos. This made me uncomfortable as a female traveler. However, on a great note, I let the owner know and he handled it right away.These aside, I would stay here again and at any of Williams rentals. Oct 7, 2024 Liked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy Disliked: Cleanliness #### Uncomfortable Condo The condo was a great price and it was in a great location, however, there was nothing comfortable about the condo. 2 beds in bedroom were awful, the sheets were stained or dirty and everytime you moved the bed made awful noises. Due to the beds being so close to the closet you had to move the bed to get into the closet, the walls behind the bed had black mold on them. The bathroom was crowded with the washer and dryer and you could hardly get into the shower/toilet area because the door did not open all the way but only half way. The shower was needs some work and cleaning. The sofa and chair in the living room were extremely uncomfortable and not very clean. The plastic chairs on the balcony were broken and also uncomfortable. The kitchen was nice and equipped with all the things you will need, the pool was very nice and clean. I would suggest that the owner/manager stay in the condo to understand that is just not a comfortable place. ##### Jim H. It was clean It was a very cute condo. The beds could be updated with a mattress toppers or new mattresses ( they creaked with every move) and the couch and chair could be updated as well. The couch was hard because there was a piece of plywood under it. But all in all it was cute:) oh the host was very nice and we could see a little of the beach :) ##### courtney s.
