This home offers 5.1 movie theater in both living rooms which include HD, Blue Ray and Apple TV, all with one touch remotes for easy use, flat panel HD TV's from 40" to 70". The ground floor of this home is ADA friendly. Offering 2 king bedrooms, a queen sleeper room that can be closed off and 2 baths. The 2nd floor offers a beautiful king suite. You will also find he main living room: with a 70" smart TV, powder room and huge gourmet kitchen. Up the stairs to the third level, you will find the 5th bedroom. It is a family style bedroom with 2 twin over full bunkbeds and a King size bed. There is a full bath with two sinks and one toilet area. There is a 2 car garage for your use. Not a bad walk to the beach either. You will need to bring extra towels for showering, as there are no extras. The beach was filthy in front of our area- had been over a week since “the storm” but they never cleaned the mess the entire time we were there That was disappointing but it didn’t have anything to do with our place- just poor management in Port Aransas I guess. ##### alice R.
