Think it needs a little updating. Some paint goes a long way. Plus someone needs to follow up behind the cleaning ladies and do a final inspection if possible before the new renters show up. First and foremost the sheets were not clean at all. There was grit, sand, dirt and hair under the bed spread. This was very off putting and set the tone for the remainder of our stay. The floors were not clean either and were pretty much the same as the bed sheet-dirty. Secondly, the toaster did not work and the drawer for the utensils was broken and they had to set them on a shelf. We will not be returning to this unit. For what was given and the state of the condo we overpaid. Renter beware. ##### Cedrick M.
