BUT my only complaint is the COMMUNICATION, it was terrible. We drove 8 hours and when we got there at check in time, they said the room hasn’t been clean yet and that we were not even on the books, even tho I have all confirmed bookings and they even took my 3,000, it was a mess, after calling the VRBO management team and dealing with the front desk trying to see what went wrong. VRBO never let them know that we booked the place. Not to mention the lady at the front desk was very rude, as I was just asking her what needs to be done.
