This gracious home with double porches welcomes you to Cinnamon Shore South. This home offers casual elegance plus plenty of extras that satisfy everyone in your group, including two master suites!  
  
AMENITIES: At South, enjoy resort-style amenities such as the Cabana Pool with infinity edge; the new Splish Splash Family Pool with infinity edge and splash pad; Tailwind Park, Coastline Fire Lounge and other parks; serene lakes and ponds; a community pier; overlook pavilions and playscape. You also can access amenities at Cinnamon Shore North: pools, lakes, fitness center, on-site restaurants, and Town Center fun.  
  
MAIN LIVING SPACE: With a reverse floor plan, the home is designed for everyone to gather on the second floor. Sink into a pair of sofas or club chairs, enjoy a relaxing meal at the dining table for 10, or mix a cocktail at the tile-backed bar—great for entertaining with wine fridge, extra sink, and bonus counterspace. A long kitchen island offers primary prep space and sink, and it’s lined with five bar stools so that people can sit to visit with the cook. The island doubles as a breakfast bar and helps with overflow seating during a big seafood supper, too! Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen with stainless appliances, plenty of top-grade knives and gadgets, and gas range. A powder room on this level adds convenience.   
  
With dusty blues and raffia accents dressing the all-white space, the handsome color palette throughout the house feels sophisticated and beachy. Floor-to-ceiling windows and transoms let the sunshine in, and you can step onto the balcony, where more casual seating invites sunset conversations.   
  
SLEEPING QUARTERS: The three bedrooms on the first floor each have private bathrooms. The downstairs master king suite has its own private porch and bathroom with dual sinks and a spacious walk-in shower. The bunkroom, with solid built-ins dressed in blue-and-sand colored bedding, features twin/twin and twin/full bunks, accommodating five. The bunk room bath has a shower/tub combo, helpful for getting kids cleaned up after a day at the beach. A king guest room centers the bed against a shiplap accent wall, while a barn door slides open to reveal the bathroom with single sink and walk-in shower. Also on the first floor, a twin bed tucked into a nook accommodates an extra guest!  
  
Upstairs, a second master king suite opens to its own private balcony, where a bar-height table and chairs beckon, along with an outdoor sofa. The master bath offers dual sinks and a handsome walk-in shower with stool. In the master bedroom, a blue-painted accent wall backs the all-white bed topped with coordinating pillows for a sumptuous look.   
  
GREAT FEATURES: In the entry off the front porch, you’ll find a welcoming foyer and a mudroom with storage and hooks for beach towels. Great coastal artwork throughout features airy abstracts and framed palm fronds, connecting you to the coast.   
  
From the house, you can walk the lakeside boardwalk to the infinity pool, lined with lounge chairs and cabanas. Lounge on the sun deck or lie in the net-like hammocks suspended over lake waters. A private dune crossover takes you directly to the beach, and you’ll have access to all the pools, restaurants, and activities at nearby Cinnamon Shore North, as well.
