One thing I need to warn about is the noise level. Because of the location, the surroundings can get noisy. Lots of people walking by and the trash truck constantly emptying bins all around. When we originally planned to come to San Diego, we were hoping to stay at the Del Coronado hotel, but with all the renovations going on there, this property made much more sense for us. Ultimately, I’d book this again rather than the Del Hotel for our family! The location is unbeatable - barely a block from the Del, beach, shopping, restaurants, etc. We spent lots of time at the beach(host made it easy with supplies!) and bought a Resort Pass to spend a day at the Del pool. My 2 big kids loved sharing the bunk room. The guest room had plenty of space for me and a pack n play, and the primary was lovely for the grandparents. The home was well stocked with supplies, including beach towels, beach wagon, some sand toys, chairs, etc. I also appreciated how responsive the host was - and easy to text. It is right across the street from the Hotel Del, and within a short walking distance to all the best shops and restaurants.
