Located in the center of town, your family will be steps from the 4th of July Parade on Orange Avenue, brunch at Crown Bistro, and Sunday Concerts in the Park while enjoying this beautiful home. Walking distance to the Ferry Landing, Vonn’s, and all the restaurants/retail Orange Avenue has to offer this home provides the best in location and also the ability to retreat to a private courtyard to relax around a warm fire pit when your day is done If you are feeling sporty, tennis courts are located in the back. Enjoy your morning coffee on the second floor balcony or sunset from the third floor balcony.  
This 4 bedroom, 3 full bath home is perfect for your family to enjoy a beach getaway. The primary bedroom has a king bed and en suite bath with a walk-in shower. A second bedroom has a queen bed and en suite bath. Two bedrooms each have a twin bed.
