« Really spacious nice clean room. The separate bedroom and living area is great for traveling with family. Staff were really friendly and super helpful. The location was great and really close to downtown. Breakfast was great. The only issue was when we ordered dinner the first night we stayed. I felt the food was overpriced and it took a really long time to come out. However, I would absolutely stay there again and highly recommend it. »

« Beautiful historic hotel. It was our first trip to Hot Springs. Perfect way to take in old timey bathouse vibes. Felt old, classic, and well cared for. The street was busy but the hotel was quiet. We loved the rooftop restaurant. Great view. Would stay again! »

« The room was very clean. When we arrived there was a basket with snacks and water bottles. The coffee area had a couple of muffins which was a nice treat. Check in is all electric which is very easy to navigate through. No front desk staff on property. The one staff member I meet in the morning was very friendly and helpful. The location is on the same street as the Hot Spring National Park about a mile in 1/2 down the road. We would stay here again. »

« The grounds and the rooms are absolutely beautiful and well kept. Mark and Rhonda are amazing hosts and you can feel the passion for serving their guests. Their head cook Josh created some amazing breakfasts that any food connoisseur would relish. But it did not stop there.
