The house is beautiful with tasteful décor, and granite and stainless steel in the kitchen. The top-level master has a huge rain shower plus a soaking tub. Other bedrooms are masters with their own private bathrooms and deck access. The rec room has a pool table, and the ground level media room with easy to use LCD TV gives everyone a space to enjoy games and movies. Buck Island is centrally located in Corolla across from Tim-Buck II Shopping Center. A beautifully landscaped community, it sits right on the ocean and offers many community amenities such as an olympic size pool, kiddie pool, basketball half-court, beach cabana with rest rooms and showers. Beach and cabana services are available for a fee. There is also a lighted oceanfront walkway and oceanfront pergolas to enjoy the ocean view while there. \*NOTE: RVs, campers, trailers, golf carts, boats, and 4-wheelers are NOT permitted at this property. Violations will be towed & result in a fine. The house was clean and very well maintained. It had everything we needed and was close to shopping, grocery store, and beach. Loved having chairs and umbrella set up for us each morning on the beach! This house was perfect in every way for us. The only issue we had was that the master bedroom on the top floor did not stay cool at night, but that was our only issue and we brought a fan from home so we did fine.
