We jumped on the opportunity to stay at this lovely property as soon as we saw it was available again. Everything about it was perfect: location, the beds, views, amenities. You name it they had it. That being said, it was really frustrating dealing with the property management company. No one responded to my messages that I sent through VRBO, I had to pay through VRBO, and also through the management site multiple times--that process was just a pain and it made me feel uneasy about what we were getting ourselves into. If everything would have been managed through VRBO, it would have made things a lot simpler. Instead, I was especially worried when no one on the VRBO listing ever responded to any of my messages, and it felt like I didn't know what I was going to be walking into when we arrived. ##### Brianna B.
