Sugar and spice and everything nice, that's what the Semi-Oceanfront home known as Sugar 'n' Spice is made of. Just one lot back from the Ocean with direct access, this spacious, well-decorated home even offers an elevator for your convenience. The private pool, pool table and hot tub will only sweeten Sugar 'n' Spice for you and the family.  
  
Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a private pool, hot tub (mid level), porch swing (mid level), basketball court, 2 outside showers and a charcoal grill. Inside you'll find a Bedroom with 2 Singles and TV/DVD, Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets and flat-screen TV/DVD, and a full bath.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
