We loved that the beach was NOT crowded, and everyone seemed to have front-row access. Kitchen was stocked with necessities. Uppermost living area was perfect for relaxing and family visiting and game play. Wonderful collection of great movies! Quiet location despite loud and rambunctious activity in neighboring house…was not noticed unless we wandered out. Loved biking to ice cream and groceries. Covered porch came in handy when the rain hit; got to enjoy the storm outside. Host/Realtor was responsive with questions. Two negatives to note.1: Ceiling fans, vents and light over dining table are very dusty and need cleaned. 2: There were 2 maintenance issues that were not addressed during the stay after being told twice that someone would come out to look at them.
