This lovely home has room to relax on every level, and the whole group will love its functional layout and beautiful ocean views. The third level features a spacious, open-concept main living area for the whole family, with plenty of space in the great room to host a gathering. Vaulted ceilings and surrounding windows create a light and airy atmosphere. Conveniently, the 6th bedroom off the main living area offers a twin day bed and private half bathroom. The updated, spacious kitchen with bright cabinetry and tile flooring is fully equipped for preparing delicious meals. Multiple outside decks provide stunning sunrise and sunset ocean views and the chance to enjoy the salt-kissed sea air anytime you wish. The smell was musty in the carpeted areas which were all very dirty. We began to vacuum due to animal allergies with two of the children and three of the adults. The vacuum would not pull. Once we UNCLOGGED the hose we dumped the canister full of dog hair 7 times. We vacuumed upon arrival and two other times. All the same results. Mold was also all around the jacuzzi tub. Mold was confirmed by their maintenance man but no effort was made to move us even though I was told that would happen if he confirmed that it was mold COVERING most of the wood ceiling. He checked out the vacuum and confirmed it needed repairs and that he would notify housekeeping. He left a note to them on the vacuum. He also checked out the ice maker which had stopped working and said parts would need to be ordered. We had to buy ice the rest of the week. Never heard from anyone on any of those issues. The lighting in several areas were doing weird things. The sink lighting went off all by itself twice and would not come back on until the next morning. The light over the stove is burned out. Forgot to tell maintenance when he was there. We have been renting from VRBO for a very long time and this was the worst house for cleanliness we have ever rented. I noticed that the most up to date review would not expand in the reviews. The pool area, hot tub and upper deck were beautiful. ##### Wanda R. The deck view is beautiful & deck furniture is comfortable. The pool and hot tub is super along with the pool lounging furniture which makes for a fun time. Disappointments are the dated flooring & carpeting, a soft luxury vinyl throughout would be perfect for sand and bare feet. The smallest bedroom with 3 beds could use a ceiling fan and has questionable carpeting per my grandsons. The electric outlets in various areas are not working properly. The flexible days through VRBO was advantageous for our schedule. Thank you for sharing your home, it was a beautiful place to celebrate my 75th birthday. ##### Alice G. It was a great space for our group to be able to spread out and relax. Two dishwashers made mealtimes super easy. Cons: Overall cleanliness was poor. Air filters all need to be replaced and much more thorough cleaning done throughout the house especially the bathrooms. When we arrived the two king beds were missing sheets, the dirty linens were still there, and two fire alarms were disconnected and left on the bed on the lower level. We called management twice before someone brought us more sheets which were left outside. They said someone would come the next day to take the dirty linens and connect the fire alarms but no one ever came. The lock on the sliding glass door on the lower level was broken as was the lock to the upstairs screened in porch. ##### Jessica B. We had a few issues that were addressed and the property manager took care of them as soon as possible. The flea issue was one that upset me the most because one of the children was bitten from head to toe, and a few adults had bites on their ankles. I understand that this was an issue that the property tried to address before we checked in. It was an inconvenience having to leave the property for the bug people to spray again. However it didn't ruin the trip. I would stay here again. It met the needs of our whole family and group. I would recommend this house to others because the location is perfect, the scenery was beautiful even with a hurricane off shore. ##### Cayleigh H.
