The house was fully equipped with everything that you can think of. Two different kinds of grills. The kitchen had everything for all sorts of things you may need. The bed was comfortable. The dock was great for paddle boarding. The top level of the house was the best! We saw tons of horses all around the property almost every day during our one week trip. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything! He even let us take our dog to his other home to play fetch in the canal since it had a small walk out onto the water. I can go on and on about how wonderful our trip was! I would recommend bringing a baby play gate if you stay on the top floor of the house if you have a little one, our son was 9 months and wanted to go crawl everywhere! House was clean. I do wish the deck was identical to the pictures for ease of getting from the top floor down outside, but it didn’t take away from our overall trip. Host provides beach chairs, towels, crab traps, kayaks, and even fishing items! On the fourth we were able to see around 4-6 people’s fireworks from the top deck, it was super cool! From beach chairs to beach towels, everything you need or want is provided with this house. Then there is the beach….. absolutely beautiful. A piece of paradise that time has not touched. It’s a short drive from the house or a quick 10 min walk. Our vacation was flawless and wonderful. We loved this house and everything about our vacation. It has a cool layout with the primary bed and bathroom on the top floor along with the kitchen, eating area and family room. Then the mid floor has three rooms and the basement has one room, a bathroom, and another family room. Both the mid and top levels have wrap around balconies so enjoy the great views. It’s a short walk to the beach or just drive there. You have to drive about 10miles on the beach to get to the house so bring food and supplies as that 10mile drive takes about 40min. The WiFi is great so I could get a little work done while here. The canoes/kayaks are fun and, generally this is a great place to stay and I would totally come back here. ##### Zach G. Séjour de 5 nuits en juillet 2023 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Becky S. 28 nov. 2022 Points forts : Propreté #### Magical Thanksgiving First of all...Kevin is the most attentive and responsive host we have ever experienced and we have stayed in VRBOs for 20 years. Don't let the fact that it's off season to keep you from a trip to Carova. It was in the low 70s/high 60's most of the time we were there and with the sun, we were able to enjoy kayaks, paddle board and tons of walks on the beach. Waking up to the wild horses outside our windows every day...can't put words to that emotional response. Lots of bedrooms/bathrooms for a couple of families. (3) three-sided wrap-around decks to spread out and enjoy the sun, the views, the serenity. Always a place to go away from wind with all of those options.
