All rooms are thoughtfully decorated with tasteful accents and offer ample storage space. The guest bathrooms have modern showers and the master bathroom features a soaking tub. This fee includes water/food bowls as well as pet beds and even a welcome gift for your furry friends. Both the front deck and rear yard are fenced. There is a great nature trail to walk your dog just 5 minutes from the house. BEFORE YOU BOOK... The maximum number of guests is 6\. Up to two well behaved dogs are permitted for a $100 pet fee (per stay). Dogs must be disclosed when booking. No parties, events or fireworks are permitted. Exterior security cameras are in use at all times. This is a rural area so you may encounter wild animals, snakes, etc. Please be alert at all times. Guests have access to the entire house with the exception of the storage shed, various locked owners only cabinets/closets, the entry closet and one other room (marked private, used for owner storage). The gas fireplace is for owner use only due to safety issues. During the fall and winter months, there is a wood burning fire pit outside by the hot tub for guest use. Although we offer self check-in, we are usually available to assist you during your stay if needed. You will need a car to explore the area. Perfect location for us- not super busy but 20 minutes to Sedona and less to Cottonwood. The wineries around the property are great- DA Ranch is a must! We brought our dogs and they LOVED it. Hosts are super accommodating and quick to respond. We were provided the best recommendations by them on where to take the dogs. Séjour de 4 nuits en mars 2026 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Anita G. 19 févr. 2026 Points forts : Propreté Brian was an EXTREMELY easy host to communicate with and my girlfriends who stayed here, said the house was FANTASTIC Sadly due to my own personal situation, I was not able to attend my "girls trip" but all I heard were oooh's and ahhh's over the wine and cake that were left, the beautiful solitude, the fabulous hot tub and how awesome this place was. I will certainly have to book another stay (LOL) quite soon. Before we arrived, our host communicated amd responded quickly to any questions. Upon arrival, we immediately felt at home, relaxed and in awe of all the touches at the property. The decor was beautiful and well decorated. Personal touches in each room made us feel comfortable, just like home. The location is perfect to access to Cottonwood and Sedona. A quiet, peaceful sanctuary away from the hustle in Sedona. Recommend this VRBO to anyone!! Be sure to use the hot tub under the stars!!! ##### Kandy K. We spent 3 amazing weeks at the incredible Cowboys and Roses property. As soon as you walk in the door, you will see that all is exactly as pictured. As you spend time there, you discover the myriad of functional and exciting details that will continually delight you. Everything you need and more for a short or longer term stay has been thoughtfully provided. In 3 weeks, we didn’t have enough time to enjoy every space and amenity that was present on the property. Our dog Gracie loved to roam in the fenced backyard while we ate in the gazebo, lounged in the hammock, or played horseshoes. She was safe on the front fenced deck as we star gazed from the hot tub. We were lucky to meet Brian and his dog Tuff at a local trail, and swimming with Tuff in the creek was the highlight of Gracie’s entire trip. The games room was so much fun, and we especially enjoyed and appreciated it on the few times we had inclement weather. C and R is located in a peaceful, gorgeous valley. The location between Sedona and Cottonwood/Jerome is ideal for accessing hiking trails, restaurants, groceries, etc. We enjoyed wine tasting at multiple wineries that are located within minutes of the property. Following our first communication from Brian, Gregg said,” I really like this guy!” Brian is warm, friendly, and very quick in responding to inquiries. He was so generous with his information and knowledge about all kinds of things in the area. Don’t hesitate to experience Cowboys and Roses! ##### Gregg K. His attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed. The house was exactly what we were expecting and more. It was also minutes away from the wineries, which was perfect for our trip.
