Featuring 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an inviting outdoor space this lovely vacation rental is the perfect place to relax and enjoy all the area has to offer. Private hot tub on the back deck overlooking the creek, the community also has a community pool, spa, sauna, park on the creek with horseshoe pit, bbq, and firepit. The community has miles of hiking trails and borders national forest on several sides. Community trail leads directly behind the property along the creek in both directions. The home is in a hidden gated community in Cornville (home to AZ wineries). Page Springs, Javelina Leap Vineyard, Oak Creek Vineyard, and Dancing Apache are all within about a 10 minute drive. Red Rock State park in Sedona is about 15 minute drive. Downtown Sedona about 25 minutes. Downtown Cottonwood with amazing restaurants and the new hilltop winery/ restaurant is about 12 minute drive. The historic mining town of Jerome is about 25-30 minute drive. 20 minutes to the Verde canyon railroad in Clarkdale. The list goes on and on. You could sit on the back porch and enjoy seeing the very nice creek. You can fish right in the creek and float in. Nice gated community. Neighbors were very nice and friendly.
