Polykarpos Traditional House

Polykarpos Traditional House is a three-floor house built in the traditional Corfiot architecture. On the ground floor there is a living room along with a bedroom and a bathroom. On the second floor there is a bedroom with a small sitting room, while the stairs to the third floor lead to another bedroom with a WC (only the upper floor has air condition).The house has an antique atmosphere with many items and furnishings that remind the old Corfu traditions and way of living. This stone-built house is located in the center of Chlomos village and dates since the beginning of the 13th century, at a 25-km distance from the port and the airport of Corfu, providing a unique panoramic view of the Ionian and the Adriatic Sea. Within 3,5 km reach, Issos is probably the most impressive beach of Corfu. A golden sandy beach with dune formations near a protected cedar forest and Korission lagoon.
