We did have a problem with a noisy air conditioning during our stay, staff were very helpful relocating us to different rooms, but we found this problem was present throughout all rooms we tried. It made it very hard to sleep. But otherwise this hotel was amazing."

From the folks at the reception desk, to the house keeping lady on the 21st floor and especially the gentlemen at the concierge desk on the first floor, everyone provided outstanding customer service! The location was also ideal for walking to places. I would highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to book them again on my return trips to Korea! "

"I liked its proximity to the airport and free shuttles. I also liked my room. It was modern and cozy. Lastly, the convenience store in the lobby was also a highlight for me, even though I checked it very late. "

"Love the convenient location with lots of stuff to do and easy subway access. We had a family suite that has a living room and bedroom with a king size bed and two bunk beds. Bathroom and shower/tub were spacious and clean. Highly recommended. "
