The bathroom had blood stains on the wall by the light switch and on the shower curtain. The dresser was missing wooden panels on drawers. The fridge didn’t work and smelled awful. The WiFi network provided by Vicasa (property managers) didn’t exist. The check in process was incredibly difficult and hard to find where to park to pick up our keys. But on the last morning, as I was in the shower, all of the water went out and stayed off until after we checked out.
