Things to Know  
Key Pickup & Parking Information: Guests must pick up their keys at the Copper Vacasa office located at 189 Ten Mile Cir #109, Frisco, CO 80443. Free parking is available for key pick-up after 2 PM in the Ten Mile Circle garage and the Chapel lot for your convenience.  
  
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.  
This rental is located on floor 1.  
  
  
  
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

#### We had a horrible experience and it destroyed our ski vacation.

The location was great, but the directions, key pad, lights, TV’s, toilets, heaters and no hot water in the Master shower did not work. We called the maintance line 4 times pleading for help. No one ever called or came to fix the issues. After spending almost 10000.00 a night I was so upset it put me in the worst mood and after traveling my entire life this had to be the worst vacation of my life. My 80 year old Dad was freezing. My wife was so upset we had to all wait in line to take a hot shower after in my daughter’s room. We are considering litigation it was that bad.
