With 62m2 plus balcony the apartment provides a spacious living room, full size kitchen and a smaller and cozy bedroom with a private balcony attached. Discover what New Nordic architecture and design truly means when Scandinavian form and function aligns with wellbeing and a solid foundation for great social living. The Space: With lush green views from the second floor and your private bedroom balcony you get a sense of staying close to nature. The property has won numerous architect prizes and offers high quality of life for its guests and residents. A TOUR OF THE PLACE Leave your car right outside the street entrance and take the big elevator to the 2nd floor. Super easy access to the hallways with soundproof concrete walls leading to the apartment. The open living space and the big windows with soft curtains are the first things you see when entering the apartment. There is a cabinet for storing luggages and overcoats by the entrance and the bathroom door is to your right. The bathroom is covered with gray tiles and designed with a Scandinavian minimalistic feel to it with everything you need from Meraki hand and body soap to hot water that never runs out. The living room has a dining table for four and a big comfortable couch that easily unfolds into a high quality queensize(160x200cm) sofabed. For late night “hygge”, turn on the children's favorite show on the 50” Samsung smartTV with a free Netflix account, while you can get some work done on the superfast wifi connection of 100 mbps. The grand HTH kitchen is fully stocked with a stove, full oven, fridge with a small freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine with complimentary bio capsules and plenty of storage. A beautiful glass wall with a curtain separates the bedroom from the kitchen and living area but makes sure that the natural light hits the kitchen from outside. The bedroom has a comfortable queensize(160x200cm) bed with a pillow selection, wardrobe and of course access to your private balcony. The Neighborhood: Next to the forest, the picturesque lakes along Mølleåen and Charming Kongens Lyngby (Kings Lyngby), yet only a 20 minute drive, or train ride, from central Copenhagen, this is a sweet spot for a family or business visit to our capital. Bring your coffee and danish from the great local bakery Vinthers to one of the rooftop terraces along the 800 meter lush and super unique pathwalk built on the roof of our aesthetic building. Later on if you need to go into the city jump on the S-train,, around the corner for a 20 minute ride to Nørreport station. If you have the day off head for the canals through the woods for a charming boat ride with “Baadfarten”. If you feel adventurous the local canoe rental is great for a family day. Getting Around: The S-train station Sorgenfri is 200 meters from the apartment and takes you to the Nørreport, inner Copenhagen in 20 minutes.
