Great location! We walked everywhere with our 7 and 8 years old. Lots of options for food (restaurants, fast food, grocery stores). Great staff! We enjoyed the lobby / bar. Breakfast was included. Lots of options. Kids loved it. Parking is quite expensive (35 euros a day). Unfortunately our bathroom was quite dirty when we first got in (sticky floor, hair, etc). The room in general was okay. Comfortable bed and enough space for 4.

J'y reviendrai.
J'ai beaucoup aimé la vue de notre chambre sur le canal et la gentillesse du staff. L'hôtel était pour nous très bien situé, à côté de petits cafés, salons et boutiques qui nous avaient été recommandés par une danoise vivant en Australie.

Hôtel bien placé, à proximité de la gare centrale, du métro, de bus effectuant plusieurs circuits pour visiter la ville; chambre assez grande, propre et bonne insonorisation. Personnel très aimable. Deux remarques toutefois: un peu plus d'espace de rangement (6 nuits sur place) aurait été bienvenu, et sur les douze chaînes de télé disponibles aucune en Français.

En arrivant le réceptionniste nous a dit que la chambre que nous avions réservée était trop petite pour 2 et pour 5 nuits alors nous avons du prendre une autre chambre et payer une différence de 120.-. pas normal donc de louer une telle chambre

Location Ok, comfort Ok, breakfast to improve
Huge hotel (18 floors), only 3 lifts quickly overwhelmed at breakfast time. Nice rooms, big bathtub, quiet, comfortable bed. Close to Main Station but a bit far from the city center (5-10 minutes by foot). Suprised no to have fruit salad and fruit juice at breakfast, only watermelon slices and apples, but breakfast room well organized given the number of people!

We had fantastic city views from our rooms and it was easy to get round the hotel. The breakfast was very good and the staff were very helpful. Really enjoyed the stay and will go back as we have relatives in Denmark. Thank you.

Room was absolutely tiny. They only service your room if you book this in advance and not as a matter of course. This meant that even when I requested clean towels from the chamber maid she said I had to book this request with reception annd couldn’t give me the clean towels (!). It was extremely expensive. The decoration is tired (it was the same as when I stayed here ten years ago). They asked me on arrival if I wanted to upgrade for a further £ amount because the room they had allocated me was tiny (!). Breakfast was disorganised and chaotic and not much variety or choice.

Great stay at the Scandic Copenhagen. Close to walk to Central Station, local parks and businesses. Buffet breakfast was amazing, great views to watch people passing by. Only suggestion would be to equip the room with a small fridge.

This hotel is an easy 5 minute walk to Tivoli Gardens, and van easy walk to Vesterbro, Nyhavn, shopping in Stroget. The continental breakfast has many delicious choices, from crepes with milk or dark chocolate, or jam, to robust breads, eggs, meats (even liver pâté!), Danish cheeses, croissants, fresh fruit amd yogurts!

Room was very comfortable and clean. A lovely view across the lake from the 10th floor. Breakfast was really nice with a wide variety of hot and cold food, including Danish meats and cheese and a waffle maker. When we were checking out we went to use the lockers downstairs to store our luggage. After we paid, the locker that opened was already full of someone else’s luggage. The staff were helpful in sorting it out and storing our luggage for us, but it isn’t great that the automatic lockers can go wrong in this way.

This hotel should only be a 3-star at absolute most. "Double" room was tiny with the bed up against the wall and a tiny pillow half the width of a normal pillow. Curtains were too small for the window. The rooms have no extra comfort features (e.g. no mini fridge, not even a box of tissues) but they offer to upgrade you at check-in .. for a fee!! Additionally, the room was filthy, gritty bits all over the floor. We even found a booger wiped on the wall next to the bed - beware occupants of room 727. Had high hopes based on previous reviews but would not recommend.

Nothing to write home about. Rooms are spacious but not particularly comfortable. Standard rooms have no hand cream/body lotion (essential as water is soooo hard) or tea/coffee making facilities which is disappointing. Restaurant however does very good food. Bar prices are exorbitantly.
