This meticulously renovated apartment offers a delightful retreat, where contemporary comforts meet the rich heritage of Copenhagen. And to top it off, right in the sweet spot of Copenhagen. The Space: The bright and spacious living room truly invites guests inside and perfects its role as assembly point in this historic apartment. The 50’s are back and the original design of the apartments in Dronningegården (Queens Courtyard) has been meticulously carried out throughout the renovation of the apartment with lots of historic details, beautiful curves and well thought through architectural solutions. A TOUR OF THE PLACE We do have several apartments of this type so floor plans can vary a bit. From the street entrance in the corner of the courtyard take a couple of steps up to find the apartment entrance. You can leave your luggages and hang your overcoats by the entrance before entering the open kitchen and living room. The kitchen is grand and fully equipped for hosting a family dinner at the dining table for 8\. . The living room boasts a comfortable 3 person sofa that unfolds to a high quality queensize bed (160x200cm). Take a seat in one of the lounge chairs to watch your favorite Netflix show on the 50” Smart TV. Down the hallway you will find the two bedrooms, both of the them with comfortable kingsize (180x200cm) beds with a hypoallergenic pillow selection and warm fluffy comfy’s for those cool Scandinavian nights. Along the hallway you will also find two nice and clean bathrooms. First one is spacious with a shower with hot water that never runs out and a washer and dryer for your dirty laundry. The other bathroom functions as a spacious guest toilet. The Neighborhood: Dronningegården is a true Copenhagen gem with a perfect and quiet location right behind Kongens Have (The Kings Garden) and the cultural hotspot of Kongens Nytorv. The building is from 1958 and was recently declared protected due to its architectural value. The metro station is 7 minutes walking and from there a 12 minute ride to the airport. Jun 18, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, location Très propre mais l’aménagement ne correspond pas vraiment aux photos .La salle de bains est simplement composée d’une douche,d’un lavabo de style lave main et même pas d’armoire pour ranger quelque petite chose.Il y a une machine à laver mais pas de pastilles comme indiqué dans le descriptif et aucune réaction à ma demande . Les matelas ne sont pas au top mais bon il y a bien pire .Pour le linge de maison,très propre et en quantité suffisante.C’est un rez de chaussée et il faut savoir que la rue est en travaux donc nuisances sonores ,poussières etc très tôt le matin.
