Great Experience
This house was amazing! It has such a great touch of old and new. The property was perfect four our group. We were all able to have our own space, but was amazing to be able to hang together. The fire pit, the grill, the amazing hill was everything we wanted and more. Highly recommend staying here while watching the games in Dreams Park.

Cooperstown Dreams Park
We stayed here while our boys were at Cooperstown Dreams Park. The location was great. The host was awesome. Set up of house was a little odd. Really wish there was a bathroom in the second queen upstairs or upstairs that did not require going through the other bedrooms. Otherwise house was perfect for our needs!

We enjoyed our time at this house! The house is perfect for 3 families- the kids enjoyed the game room and outdoor adventures. The kitchen is perfect size for gathering. We were ten minutes from Cooperstown dream fields which was fine for us!

Perfect Stay
I would highly recommend this property. We had such a lovely time. The house was perfectly maintained and very large…perfect for a family stay. The owners have renovated and go out of their way to make everything about the stay easy and comfortable. They have a fully stocked kitchen to make it easy for cooking; games for the kids; great communication…I could go on and on. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Cooperstown dream
Our vacation rental was spacious, clean and well appointed. Suzie, our host was available and helpful. There were many outdoor amenities such as frisbee golf, a fire pit, a hammock and truly beautiful grounds. The configuration of the rooms was a little awkward. Two of the secondary bedrooms (the bunk room and a queen bedroom) were Jack and Jill rooms, but each had its own bathroom. This is not unusual in old (but well maintained) homes. The kitchen was a dream. I wish that we had time to enjoy the house and amenities but our visit was all about baseball. All in all a wonderful stay.

Cooperstown Stay
The house was great for one larger family or multiple families. It was clean and cozy. It was a quick 10 minute drive to Dreams Park and a 5 minute drive to the Village of Cooperstown. Check out the trail behind the house if you get a chance. It’s very cool. We enjoyed our stay!

The house was lovely and the family enjoyed the unique charm that the century home had . Finding all of the charm was fun on a rain day . If your son is playing at Cooperstown Dreams Park your less than 10 minutes away . Completely happy with our stay .
