We had 6 families stay at the home and we had a blast. Very convenient location close to Dreams park. House was very clean and had everything we needed. Claire the owner could not have been more gracious, kind, and accommodating. She responded quickly and always so friendly. This is our second time staying here and would stay again.

Beautiful home that exceeded all of our needs. Each room having its own bathroom was amazing for sharing the home with multiple baseball families. The pool was a great amenity for siblings to use! This home is close to the Dreams Park, making commuting back and forth super easy!! The hosts were very attentive and easy to get in touch with! Would definitely stay here again!!

Great property! Had everything we needed for a week at Dreams Park. Super close and convenient to everything. House was perfect as every bedroom had their own bathroom. House was stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We had one question on arrival and owner answered our text in minutes. Would highly recommend!!

#### Nice home for multiple families with kids playing at Cooperstown Dreams Park
We rented Hill Side with a few other families to stay while our boys played at Cooperstown Dreams Park for the week. The house was spacious, comfortable and well appointed and the younger kids loved the pool! We did have a few issues that we discovered upon our arrival (washing machine leaking, fridge not cooling, ice maker in fridge not working, etc.) that Chris and Claire responded to promptly and either addressed or let us know if it couldn't be fixed during our stay. On our first night, we also discovered that one of the bedrooms had a leak in the ceiling. One of the parents staying with us has a severe allergy to mold and was planning to stay in the bedroom but as soon as she saw the leaking and darkening on the ceiling / potential mold she moved to the Holiday Inn near Dreams Park as she couldn't risk getting really sick. We sent multiple communications to Chris and Claire asking for a partial refund just for her portion of the rental so we could return her portion of the stay to her and still have not heard back from them, which is very disappointing. If we don't hear back from them we'll file a complaint / claim with VRBO.

We enjoyed the house and the property surrounding it. It was the perfect house for our group of 16\. The pots and pans were amazing! We would have liked a few more bath towels, washcloths, bath mats, grill utensils and salt/pepper.

#### Amazing Cooperstown Stay!
This house was absolutely perfect for our team. Between our team we rented this house and the other two houses on the property. The location is perfect and a less than 10 minute drive to Dreams Park and downtown Cooperstown. The property is beautiful and you can't beat the view off the back deck. The pool was warm, only downfall is our pool doesn't have lights. We did buy a few strands from the dollar store and put them up so the kids could see when swimming at night. If you're looking for the perfect house to rent this is it!

#### Cooperstown dreamspark option
We were 5 families with kids spending a week in Cooperstown for baseball tournament. The house worked very well - it’s clean, good location 5-10 min from park, comfortable, extra beds for kids, each bedroom has own bathroom, hosts were very responsive, most amenities are provided, nice fire pit and deck. The pool is a bit dated and house is a bit deep in woods but otherwise should provide a better option than most hotels in the area. We were happy with the choice.

The house was absolutely perfect for our group. We had multiple families and the bathrooms in each bedroom made getting ready a breeze. Minutes away from Dreams Park was fabulous, and had a very peaceful outdoor setting with the location. The home was well setup. The hosts were very responsive and kind. Would highly recommend this property!

We had 6 families ranging in size book the house together while our kids played at Cooperstown Dreamspark. It was a perfect fit for our families. The location between downtown Cooperstown and the park was perfect! Only suggestions would be to have bath mats and wash cloths for the bathrooms. Also, one bedroom had a bad water leak that ended up coming through the ceiling at the end of our trip. The room had peeling paint and visible prior water damage. Overall the property was fantastic and the hosts were very responsive to questions.

#### Great spot for a trip to Cooperstown!
New and clean house in a convenient location. About a five min drive to Dreams park. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, host provided all basic necessities - bedding, pillows, hand soap, towels including some for the pool, kitchenware. Pool needs work, but it did the job. They even supplied floats. Hosts were responsive and quickly fixed an issue regarding the heated floors. Would definitely recommend.
