We were only in town one night, but the room was very clean and quiet. We only had to walk across the street to get a delicious dinner. Will stay here again next time we’re in the area.Highly recommend.

Excellent stay in Cooperstown
The Pratt Hotel was perfect. The location is right in the center of town yet quiet and private. The room has a small kitchenette with fridge, microwave, sink, and coffee maker. The shower was clean and had amenities provided. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Right across the street is Cooleys pub and we watched the Phils win the first game of the wildcard series. We visited the museums, hall of fame, hiked in the state park, and played golf. Excellent weekend in Cooperstown, thank you Angie!

Parking is easy and free. Room is easily accessible and clean with good air conditioning. Good amenities. First impression (exterior) a bit drab, but location is excellent and parking is easy and free. Half-block walk to main street. Easy walk to all main attractions. Five-minute drive to Fenimore and Farm Museums. Ten minute drive to Glimmerglass.

Nice clean hotel room very close to the baseball Hall of Fame.
We enjoyed our stay in this hotel in downtown Cooperstown, New York. It was very clean and close to everything you’d want to see close to the Hall of Fame. I’m happy to recommend this property.

Perfect location for Cooperstown trip
CJ and Angie were excellent hosts. They took care of any of our needs right away. The rental was very clean and worked great for the 3 of us that stayed there. My favorite part of the rental was location. We spent a lot of time in downtown Cooperstown so it was nice that all of it was in walking distance. Beautiful town - such nice people everywhere we went.

Nothing fancy but clean and great location.
No frills but clean, steps away from HOF, shops, restaurants. So close we could pop in to drop off purchased items and keep going. Used the in-room fridge and coffee maker - good to have.

Downtown Cooperstown
Pics and description were 100% accurate. Veey convenient to all downtown shops, restaurants, and attractions. Quiet location with convenient parking. Short drive to CDP. Looking forward to coming back to stay here again in 2 months.

Last Stop on the 3 Week Road Trip
It was hidden off the street but there was ample free parking and it was quiet. The beds were very comfortable and the room and bathroom were clean.

Clean, easy, and super convenient
Nice clean hotel with ample amenities (fridge, microwave, coffee maker), but the main attraction is that you’re right in the downtown and parking is free and easy. Check in was a breeze. Room was comfortable and quiet.

Baseball Hall of Fame trip
This is no frills but very clean. Extremely short walking distance to Baseball Hall of Fame, restaurants, shopping and fun just to walk around the pretty, quaint town. The owner was exceptionally quick to respond to any inquiry. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Awesome Location!
The Pratt Inn is located right in town among quaint shops, museums and restaurants. The room was newly renovated & had everything we needed. A first floor room with a king-size bed met our needs. We would stay there again.

Great location
Nothing luxurious but it was very clean and quiet. Beds were really comfortable and water pressure in shower was excellent. Also nice having a mini-fridge. Best of all, it is right in the middle of town, just a block from the Hall. Would definitely stay there again.
