Just outside the village of Cooperstown NY is our award winning restored stone grist mill. We have four bedrooms set up with their own private full baths and a queen bed. There is an upstairs laundry as well. The entrance level is divided into a large living room with a gas fireplace. A few stairs up is the kitchen and dining area with a half bath. This area serves as another group gathering space and has a rear access to the backyard that has outdoor seating and a grill. It was also a quick drive to downtown Cooperstown. You really can't beat the location and setup. We had 4 families and each of us had our own large bedroom with our own full bathroom which was amazing. The rooms were big and two had desks for some of us to still work. The backyard was nice - we didn't have time to use the pool but we did go back by the water to fish a couple times. The home is very well taken care of. We spent most of our group time in the kitchen area but the family room is huge and has plenty of space for everyone. I'd recommend this home to anyone staying in Cooperstown! ##### rachael g. It had all we needed to be comfortable and feel at home. Everyone appreciated the en suite bathrooms and the beds and furniture were quite comfortable. Plus the large size of the bedrooms was great. And the refrigerator was large enough to hold all the food each small group brought. We watched the Olympics together on the big screen TV, and some used the TVs found in each bedroom. It is on a busy highway but not a great deal of traffic while sleeping. We appreciated the air conditioning during a hot, humid weekend.
