The home is comfortable and has plenty of space and amenities for our family, unfortunately there were issues with the cleanliness in general...it was not done to our expectations or satisfaction. Also, one of the bedrooms upstairs has an extremely high bed to get in and out of and I would caution those who are either elderly or unable to get up and down to be aware of this. This was the perfect place for our family during our visit to Cooperstown Dreams Park! It was very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. Dave was very responsive and addressed matters very quickly. The location was 5 minutes to Dreams Park, which was very convenient with being able to run back to rest a little between games. Had all the amenities we needed for the cold nights early in the week and the hot and humid days later in the week. Even saw a massive bear the day of checkout. Everything is so nicely done - from the super comfy beds to having coffee available.
