This charming, 2400 sqft, three bedroom home, with loft, on Lake Michigan's Big Bay de Noc includes 230 feet of private sandy beach! This property is located next to the Sunset Beach Cottage (VRBO #3179461) and can be rented concurrently. Available to rent year-round, the house includes a decorative fireplace, central air and forced air heat. Please note, the fireplace is decorative and can only be used with LED candles, which are provided. Located about 40 miles east of Escanaba, with easy access to trails for snowmobiling and 4-wheeling. Well-stocked gourment kitchen with a six burner Jenn-Air cooktop and KitchenAid wall oven. Coffee options include a French press with burr grinder, traditional drip machine and a Keurig. Have dinner outdoors while enjoying the Weber gas grill and picnic table. Beautiful sunsets all year. Enjoy the view sitting by the fire pit on the beach. During the summer enjoy the water with a beautiful beach, three kayaks and a 18 foot floating lily pad! Sleeps 8 comfortably. I wanted to go to Florida for my son's spring break, but he wanted to do something different from all his friends, so we ended up in the UP, and I am glad we did! I don't think I have seen a better sunset anywhere!The house is beautiful, with an amazing great room, killer kitchen and the master bathroom has the largest shower I have ever been in!The beach is sandy, wild and rugged (given the time of year, we did not go in the water)The firepit with supplied firewood was quite the added bonus.
