We had five couples and there was plenty of room. A spacious living and kitchen area and the bedrooms were great. It is in good condition and very clean. They offer a lot of kitchen gadgets and supplies to use, plus washing machine, dryer, dishwasher which helps make your vacation run smoothly. It was a short drive to North Conway and Storyland. We had 11 people stay including a 2,3,10, and 14 yrs. old and there was plenty of room for everyone. Lots of updates since our last stay! Enjoyed the 2 large tables for eating and game playing. Lots of bedrooms and separate space for our adult kids and grandkids to have individual time!
