"Room was spacious, updated and clean. Bed was comfortable and there were 2 chairs that reclined so we didn't have to resort to sitting on the bed. Staff were friendly and courteous. Hotel was conveniently located for our purposes."

"The townhome was very clean and comfortable. It is conveniently located within walking distance of historic downtown Martinez and close to many regional parks and the John Muir historic home. Neighborhood felt very safe and the covered carport was very nice to have in the rain. While the fire station is close, they never turned on the sirens during my stay. I was however, a little bothered by the street noise at night which could be loud on weekends, even with the sound machine. It wasn't too bad during the week. Aside from that, it was a pleasant stay!"
"We had a wonderful stay. The property owner/manager was highly communicative and pleasant. The house was clean, well-maintained, and tidy. We especially loved the backyard setup, it was charming and inviting, with the lemon tree adding a delightful touch.The neighborhood was very quiet, which made us more mindful of our surroundings. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this rental to anyone visiting the area."
