Welcome to Erika's getaway. This escape from home offers a peaceful environment for you and your family to enjoy. This 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home is the perfect fit for a large family or couples with kids. The house is in a quiet neighborhood. Amenities includes Wi-Fi, workstation, Smart TV in every room, and family board games. Just minutes to I-45 and the Woodlands Mall. Entertainments and dinning places such as Papacitos, Red Lobster, Six Flags Hurricane Harbor, and Woodlands Lake.  
The space  
Bed and bath linen is included.  
Hair shampoo and body wash are available in all bathrooms.  
Wireless internet access and cable TV included with your stay.  
Washer and dryer available to use.  
Air fryer, Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee maker available for use for guests.  
Desk with work station available.  
Bedroom description:  
Primary bedroom: 1 Queen bed, 1 50" TV, 1 dresser, 2 nightstand, 1 bathroom and 1 walk-in closet.  
Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed, 1 50" TV, 1 nightstand, 1 chest and 1 closet.  
Bedroom 3: Bunkbeds with 2 beds, 1 50" TV, 1 closet.  
Bedroom 4: one Sofa Twin with 2 beds, 1 50" TV, 1 closet.  
Guest access  
Full house access except for the garage and cabinet’s in the laundry room.  
Once booking is completed, guest will receive front door code to access inside of the home. Neighborhood is not gated and free parking on property is provided for up to 1 vehicles in driveway and additional alongside the property as street parking. Early Check-In & Late Check-Out can be accommodated as long as it is available for a fee.  
Other things to note  
The home is close to everything and with all the new restaurants within 15 minutes. Gringo’s,Olive Garden,Chilli’s,Buffalo Wild Wings,Panda,Starbucks,Russo’s Pizzeria,Chick Fil-A,The Toasted Yolk Coffee,Mod Pizza. Kroger is minutes away and Walmart is only minutes away.
