This vacation rental house has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and a secondary room with a single bed. Living room with sofa bed and air conditioning, full kitchen with everything you need to spend a few days on vacation, full bathroom with shower and a small terrace.  
  
This vacation rental apartment is located on the first floor, has capacity for 3 people and is located in a quiet area with  
Easy free parking in the surrounding area, it also has Wi-Fi.

The apartment is located just seven minutes walk from the city center and eight or nine minutes from Fontanilla beach and approximately 10 minutes from Los Bateles beach on foot. It is well located close to shops and bars.  
The apartments in Conil de la Frontera are in great demand both in the summer season and at any time of the year. This being the period between May and October when maximum occupancy is reached. Both for the good atmosphere in the area and for the pleasant climate that the Costa de Conil enjoys all year round.
