Of recent construction and capacity for a maximum of four people. It has two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds. At the entrance we find the living room-kitchen quite spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped. Completes the distribution bathroom with shower. Outside there is a brand new swimming pool, a porch with barbecue and parking area. This accommodation has WiFi. Located just five minutes drive from the beach and very close to downtown. The apartments and villas in Conil de la Frontera are in high demand both in the summer season and at any time of year, being the period between May and October when it reaches maximum occupancy both for the good atmosphere of the area and the **pleasant climate** that enjoys the Costa de Conil all year round.
