« Our family of two kids under 5, two parents and two grandparents had a wonderful stay here. Comfy house with baskets of stuffed animals, a cupboard of games, and a well-equipped kitchen--but the best part was the yard. Large, lush lawn surrounded by lovely plants and flowers, a great patio in the center perfect for hanging out, and a sweet hammock for lying in the shade and gazing up through the pine trees. Alan is a responsive, generous, friendly host, and we look forward to seeing him again. »

« Perfect accommodations…owners thought of everything…very well appointed…there’s no AC and we were there when the weather was in the 90’s….awesome skylights keep the air moving great! Beautiful views Would definitely stay here again. Centrally located so we could spend a day in Boulder and the Flat rocks…. another day touring Pikes Peak and Seven Falls.Thanks for a great trip »

« We loved the trails right outside of this home. We walked them every day and everything was just no more than a 30 drive. We spent two days in red rocks and visited the Denver zoo. We ate at some fabulous restaurants, and of course the kitchen was fully stocked for us to do some cooking. Beds were super comfortable and enjoyed the quiet balcony every morning with my coffee. Highly recommend this property! »

« Janelle’s house was perfect for a long weekend with old friends. There was more than enough room for the six of us. All the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could want or need to create and enjoy group meals. We enjoyed all the out door spaces, including the bocce ball court, and the hiking trail. Janell met us when we checked in, and promptly answered any questions we had while we were there. Everyone in the group said they’d love to rent the house again. »

« The place was exactly what we were looking for. love the furnishings and had everything we needed for an extended stay in the city. Good WiFi, TV, and kitchen appliances. Check in was at 3 PM and the check in process went super smoothly. Couldn't think of much else we could have asked for! »

« Great place and Juan was very easy to communicate with. We were there for Red Rocks and it was a great location. Neighbors complained about our noise level when we got home from show around 11:30 but the owner was super easy to work with us regarding. Just be aware there is a 10pm quiet time in this neighborhood. »
